Why Samsung Changed its Tablet Size from 7 to 10 Inches?

Samsung Electronics officially unveiled its second tablet, the Galaxy Tab 10.1, at Samsung Mobile Unpack on February 13th, a day before the start of MWC 2011 in Barcelona, Spain.



Granted that rumors for Apple's next version of iPad, or iPad2 will retain its screen size with 9.7 inches, why is Samsung changing its tablet size from 7 to 10.1 inches?
