While mobile commerce is spreading fast thanks to easy access anywhere, anytime, disputes between sellers and consumers are increasing.
Current disputes that involve mobile commerce are concentrating between seller and consumer, and inter-consumer disputes are also expected to rise along with Internet commerce, according to a report by the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).

Intel, the US-based chipmaker, decided to invest in WiBro (Wireless Broadband), the Korean version of mobile WiMAX.
Intel Capital plans to invest $20 million in WiBro Infra, a joint venture with KT, Samsung Electronics and Intel. In May, KT announced it was close to a creating a joint venture with Intel and Samsung Electronics aimed at spreading WiBro.
