Some Stats Regarding SK Telecom Smartphone Users

As of August 21st, the number of SK Telecom smartphone users reached two million, a first for a Korean mobile carrier. SK Telecom's smartphone users amount to 7.9% of total customers at the company with a 320% increase from the end of last year. The average subscription rate is 20,000 per day, while sales of smart phones account for 40% of total sales in mobile phones - compared to 12% at the end of last year, according to the company.
