Only 13.7 percent of office workers have any experience in using their mobile phone, including smartphones, for work purposes such as sending or receiving email, creation or viewing of documents, or accessing enterprise applications including ERP and CRM, according to a survey conducted by the Korea Internet & Security Agency to 3,000 respondents from September 1 to 30 thru face-to-face interviews.
