Prior to introducing the Apple iPad, KT, the sole distributor of iPhone in Korea, announced last week it will release an Android-based low-end tablet PC, named "Identity Tab" on September 10th.
The 7-inch tablet PC does not support the 3G network. Why would KT, the second-largest mobile carrier, decide to release a non-communication device?
