KT's Network Investment Plan 2010-2014

Kt_logo KT, Korea's top fixed-line operator and No. 2 mobile carrier, said it will spend 5.1 trillion won (US$ 4.31 billion) on fixed-line and wireless networks over the next four years to cover surging data traffic mainly generated by smartphones and forthcoming tablet PCs.

KT will allocate 2.4 trillion won for 3G networks and 1.67 trillion won for Long Term Evolution (LTE) services.
