Skype, a leading Internet telephony service provider, has recently introduced an iPhone application, called Skype 2.0, which allows users to make free or low-cost calls over a 3G network. Whether or not KT, the exclusive distributor of iPhone, will open its network to the mobile VoIP service is drawing attention.
